Here we are removing a load-bearing wall on a property in Saxilby Lincoln, our client wanted to open up an existing dining room into a small lean too extension to make a large open plan kitchen diner.

Here we are at the end of week 5 on the extension in Washingborough, the drains, foundations, steel wind posts and block and beam floor are now installed Take a look at Week 1 and Week 3

Here we are at the end of week three in Washingborough, we’ve now dug out the rear and side extension and poured the concrete foundations, we’ve also installed the steel wind posts to the rear as this is mainly glazed. I’ll post more pics as the project progresses. Take a look at Week one here

Here we are on a large contract in Washingborough, this is at the end of week one. We’ve demolished an existing Conservatory and garage to make way for a fully glazed rear extension, music room, bedroom, cloakroom and large garage with storage above. Here we are building two extensions on the side of an old orangery in Nettleham. We have built the two extensions to wall plate height and removed the old orangery roof and the back half of the existing garage.
