Here our client instructed us to build an annex down the side of their property, it was a bit tricky due to the neighboring property and access being tight. Albeit we managed to squeeze it in creating a kitchen diner, bedroom with en-suite and utility area.
We fitted underfloor heating and air source heat pump with air conditioning units by Nave Plumbing & Heating.
GRP flat roof system with electric roof lights by Advanced flat roofing.
